You bask outside in the sun. However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page) within 72 hours of receipt. In the case of motorized product, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list. Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered we will issue you a refund.

If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

Items that qualify for a return must be shipped back to the address provided. Returns are only accepted in this manner.
