Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. All sales are considered final.

However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department (by using the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page) within 72 hours of receipt. In the case of motorized product, we recommend you confirm that the product works by turning it on when you receive it so that you can report defective merchandise immediately. We also ask that you keep your packing list. Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered we will issue you a refund.

A: Delivery times depend on your location. We will do our best to fulfill your order the same day as long as it reaches the cut-off time of 2 PM PST. A: USPS is our preferred shipping method. Once the order is processed an email notification will be sent to you. Tracking will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Q: Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?

A: In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get items quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address.
