However, we do accept returns of defective merchandise. We also ask that you keep your packing list. Once contacted, the customer service department will advise you on how to proceed with your return. If we have additional stock of the exact same product, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have additional stock of the item you ordered we will issue you a refund.

If you are asked to send the defective item back, the defective item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, if the product appears used in any way we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

Items that qualify for a return must be shipped back to the address provided. Returns are only accepted in this manner.
